An old thread, but still. The new DLC is a real step forward, and I’m grateful to the developers (but not to the marketers who are demanding 25 euros for it). According to my sources, the developers aren’t particularly fond of the idea of an expanded inventory or separate tabs for charms, as that’s an original design.
But my question is, when you’re testing something, how do you pick up items from the floor? Because when your entire inventory is filled with charms, it becomes torture. You added a button to the gamepads to put an item in the Horadric Cube, but there’s no such button for the keyboard. Moreover, the cube only supports 12 slots (that’s one armor, one sword, and a couple of stones). But the gamer still has to perform four actions to see what the new item is, and then discard it. It’s a joke.
Let me remind you that in the original D2, before LoD, there were no charms, and people could loot without any problems. I’m not saying that the balance needs to be changed in any way, but something REALLY needs to be done about this, and the one of solutions have been around for a long time (PoD). Or come up with something else. Thanks for expanding the game anyway.
