Is the trading part of d2r dead?

Its like 17 years ago i played D2 and if i remember correctly trading was a huge part of the game. Seems like now everyone already has their BiS gear that aint a runeword requiring a high rune.

It´s hard to trade away item like stormshield or Thundergods for a better midlevel rune.
Either its the awful lobby without trade channel and ability to filter games or everyone is at the point where they dont need BiS unique items and are only looking for runewords that need high runes.

This is because of increased rune drop rate. And also because people are still gearing sorseresses. Vex for shako is a ridiculous price.
I think we will see amazon (and other classes) gear demand grow in a month.

I dont see a increased rune drop rate. Got 2 Jah, 1 Ber and a Lo within 200 hours playtime in the last d2 ladder and right now im at 1 Cham + 1 Vex in around 300 hours of D2R. I doubt that they changed anything in terms of droprates
