Hi there, I was struggling for days re-installing etc… because I just could not launch the game (freeze/crash after Bnt screen) Blizzard, as usual, never gave us any clue to solve the problem But reading forums I finally found help : Delete files in c:/user/savedgames/D2r …and after, the game normally launch /happy I had problems to find those files, they were hidden and I needed first to start my computeur with an other windows account to launch Bnet+diablo2R Then using french key word …

and it helped for me. at least last 30 minutes game is working. If it is real reason, you can ask how some saves can affect online game? ridicolous…
