Hi there, I was struggling for days re-installing etc… because I just could not launch the game (freeze/crash after Bnt screen)
Blizzard, as usual, never gave us any clue to solve the problem
But reading forums I finally found help :
Delete files in c:/user/savedgames/D2r
…and after, the game normally launch /happy
I had problems to find those files, they were hidden and I needed first to start my computeur with an other windows account to launch Bnet+diablo2R
Then using french key word “partie enregistrée”, I finally found them
Went back to main session on my computeur, deleted in c:/user(utilisateur)/D2r and now I can launch the game !
@blizzard : this was not user fault, nor pilotes nor any of your complicated ways to say “it is not our fault”.
1-Fix your technical request page so that we can create tickets
2-Try to think as players, not as money makers
