I just logged into the game and wanted to play a round with my Necromancer, but hes gone, hes not in the list!
Pls some mod, restore this character, i’ve put so many affort into it again -.-

Hello,
If you can’t see a character you were previously playing, ensure you are looking for the correct character type by switching between the Online and Offline tabs in the top right of the character select screen.
If you are playing offline on different PCs, characters are stored locally and need to be exported to any other device you want to play the character on after each play session. If you are looking for a character you previously played in Diablo II (2000) that can be imported by following these instructions.
Characters that have been deleted cannot be restored. Customer Support cannot restore deleted characters.
If this happened after connecting your console with your Battle.net account please check here.
Then immediatly put up a hot fix for controller controls, because there is a HUGE problem, which can delete characters instantly by accident.
All you need to do for it, is to grab your controller and have the buttons X+A pressed (X-Box)
Whoever is responsible for the controller button layout, didn’t thought out this problem.
The “Delete Character” action needs to be put behind a “hold button” action, as well as a timer or at best, the common “Enter DELETE” action, to delete a character.
I’m sure this happened to me and looking at the forum, there are surely many other people having this accident too. You don’t even mention it, its just, grab your controller, it presses A and right after X and boom, char is gone.
No warning, no hold button (while you have to hold your freaking buttons for everything for at least 1 second, even spending 1 skillpoint = press 1sec A, what means, you need 5! minutes, to spend 300 skillpoints and press 1sec X to put something into your stash… wtf fix this)
I have the same problem on PC. My character disappeared all of a sudden after a game crash.

It’s a server issue again, the support staff dont seem to have been informed about it though.
Got the same Problem on PC. I didn’t played one day and every char is now gone. Not like i deleted the char my self.
