Character list dont show. What seem to be the problem?

i was online game crashed on me for 20 min ago, still cant get back online
also i asked 2 friends neither of them can get online

what server are you guys playing? i’m in europe
also from eu server, but it didnt matter i tried changing to americas cant get online there either.
EU server, unable to play since 30 minutes ago. I can’t see my online characters, only offline is playable. I just get this message: “An issue occurred while communicating with the game servers. Please check that you are connected to the internet and try again.”
No news on a fix anyone ?

The plan is that you buy this new data trash instead of playing d2r 
Characters seems to be in place now. But… u cannot create/join games…

Its from yestuday at 12 gmt 0 i got crushed also random die bcs disconect i belive they do a server maintence beafore d4 run
servers are up i think.Im in Eu can play
