Just was rolled back 2 acts and 10 levels, and all the gear with it

Sucks to suck.

If I wait will me character refresh to where I was? Or am I just permanently rolled back?

Missleading - we’re all wondering the same thing. Sadly, there’s been no information from blizzard about this.

I have submitted for a refund.

I just came here to see if this type of thing was still happening. My wife and I were playing online together and D2R randomly shut down for her. When she launched her level 16 character was at level 1 with no items or progress.

I am going to submit for refund too. I took a vacation from work to play this game and now I do not want to waste my time if my progress is going to be rolled back.

I had one character completely disappear and another one loose levels, gear, and went back an Act.

Same happened for me, offline play as well… I was lvl 45 in Nightmare act 4, this morning back to lvl 30 and Act 1 Nightmare.

Not sure if this applies for everyone here. I do have the Same named Character on Online and Offline, saw this post - Pretty much don’t create an Online * Offline Character with the same name, else you might have the same rollback issues - Diablo II: Resurrected - Offline Character Loss Prevention - General Discussion - Diablo 2 Resurrected Forums
