I have unchecked the “filter mature language from chat” setting and the chat still censors my writing, and my friends writing

I have closed the blizzard ap. I have restarted windows. i have used the scan and repair option. nothing works.
The setting is turned off and, i have checked several times, and im still being censored…
Yea, for sure we need to be censored in a game which is for ppl 16+ 
In german, they censore “Jap”. Which basically means “yes” 
in every other blizzard game you can deactivate, not in d2r.
Well, whole lobby and chat is messed up anyways. Dont think they gonna change something. I bet they abandon this like WC3R.
