Blizzard is playing you as a character, they take your money and then get you cooked.
Launch the game. 1 week of progress on main is still missing. Game closed.
And anything on tech support is merged into single thread (so it doesnt look like game has problems) and ignored.
Lost gul vex half of the arctic set and … 8 hours of play. shit

If it was an attack of some sort, wouldn’t they say so? I mean I’d understand if that was the case and be far less annoyed by it. But this, them just copy pasting the same message on twitter again and again is just pathetic. They make online games and they can’t even keep them online for their users to play - seemingly without any outside interference.
I want them to be under attack because that opens the possibility for this to be resolved. Them going under due to their own incompetence seems far worse. To me at least.
I’d like to think that running massive gaming servers isn’t a simple process and isn’t easy. I’d like to think that i’m pretty understanding that issues happen.
But jesus wept you guys look really incompetent this weekend. You can’t blame server load, how much load can there honestly be at 4am on a Monday morning?

Just started up the game no chars online, i guess it’s down again.
Its been like this all morning. It’ll be up for 30min or so then go down again

It is not a busy time for game servers.
