Dear Blizzard Support team,
This is some sort of a joke, every day whenever I want to play I’m facing with the queue to join battlenet, can you resolve your servers? I have to spent around 30-60 minutes before I’ll be able to play … this is ridiculous … I paid for the game and what I can’t play because your servers are running on windows 95? WTF !!!
Same here, do you have the same problem which is when you try to create a game with an already existant name, you have to log off / log on and wait another time ?
yes, sometimes I’m getting dropped from a game and when I want rejoin I have message that my character is already in game, so I need to restart game to fix it, but restart of the game means that I have to wait in queue again… this is frustrating!! I paid money for a game that I can’t enjoy and honestly I dont have a patience to wait 1h in queue in order to play 15 minutes …
I made the mistake of logging off 30 mins ago. Now in a 120 queue that is just not moving.

я не понимаю , купил игру за фул прайс и каждый вечер я должен стоять в очереди 100-300 месте , чтоб поиграть ? ладно был сбой 1-2дня , но такое уже 2 недели . Был 150 в очереди через 30 минут 120 . А самое веселое , когда игра крошиться и тебя снова ставят в очередь. Странно , что нет петиции на близов
Meanwhile it is time to consider Refunds for this Game. in This state it isn’t even playable in Multiplayer state. The way Blizzard treats their Customers is very close to a Scam.

Ich hab schon mehrfach um Rückerstattungsformular gebeten aber bei denen regt sich nicht ein Haar! Die regen einen einfach nur noch auf !
From the time the queue system was installed, I don’t think they are very proficient in this area.
These gentlemen or ladies ban you by reminding you of the charter of good conduct, but they forget their practice of thief disrespectful of his customers.
To the blizzard team, remember that your charter does not care, when we are 600th in queue.
I’m not talking about the bugs and launch issues at the start.

Утром денежки, вечером стулья. Это основной принцип блЯззард. Игру делали не для того, чтобы мы играли, а чтобы блЯззард наварила бабла побольше. Им ничего не грозит, ни петиции, ни иски.

And again, standing in Queue (strangest word ever) waiting for at least 30-45 minutes for a good hour of actually gaming. When will this “solution” be solved, does any1 know yet? Love D2 - and the remake is also great, but the conditions we have to endure to play it are a total let down. C´mon blizz, you can do better, right?!
