15 oct . Lost all my items on Ball run on nightmare . After picking up a dead body no items were in my inventory. Dont care about items I lost during the run, but I do care about items been lost that were on me: spirit sword and items +1 skill
I know its not much, but for who plays 1-3h a day its a time waste of my time.
the game is not optimized, lots of CPU freezes and lots of death

Online on nighmare difficulty at the moment. Hell is too much for me, dying there every minute

It happened to me yesterday. lost my grief sword and shield…
Im my case when I loged in the next day a body was in town right where you char spawn. After picking it up all my items were there.
