I have lost 2 weeks character progress from 88 lvl to 64 lvl. I had a level 88 assassin character with BiS items, rune words, highrunes, etc. And yesterday, after the servers down and a whole day of technical work, it rolled back to level 64. WTF? I’ve lost everything. Lost lvl, items on the character and in the bank. Please restore my character back and restore everything as it was.
I wrote a ticket, but there is no answer yet.
There is more of us suffering similar severe rollbacks, just check other posts here. Your ticket will be deleted without any response and tech support is ignoring us so far.
The only hope is that these topics are not thrown into big pile of “losing hour of progress during server crashes” indicating, that its whole different issue.
I’m in the same boat. There are multiple statements that the will not restore anything because they can’t for some reason.
I really wonder why they don’t save the progress more frequently. 1-2 week rollback is just a complete desaster.
If you check US forum, same thing is happening in other servers as well. It seems they wanna sweep this issue under the rug since it’s a dealbreaker for many (including myself). Right now there seems to be no solution/no fix, just go on and play (as GMs would say “come on, it’s only 2 weeks - play again”)
