Hi guys,
today I got my first ever Ber-Rune in my complete Diablo2 history and now its gone, since the servers seem to crash randomly.
This is very sad. The whole situation is handled poorly. I wasn’t warned, only connection issues were named.
Put the servers offline and fix them, if needed. Do not let people play and lose their items.
As far as I read, items cant be restored. There is no help for these kind of ingame problems.
Paying 40€ Euros for this type of fun… well I didn’t expect hat.
This has driven me from a recommender-type to a warning customer.
Thanks for trying Blizzard, but this is just devastating and runing all the nostalgia and the fun alltogether.
We dont need to start the game again, because this can hit us again any time.
