I just lost my Helffire Torch when I missclicked and sold it to Charsi.
When I tried to buyback, she didn’t have it.
Can you please help me retrive it?

Hello Vrael. This is actually working as intended - Charms (and Hellfire Torch counts as one) and socketed items (so all the Runewords, for example) cannot be bought back when sold to a vendor. There is no way to reverse that - I am sorry. We will keep our fingers crossed for you getting a new Torch as soon as possible
