progress on my sorc rolled back about 10 hours. I was in a nightmare in Act 5 and had a level of 50+, but after the relog I was rolled back to Act 2 and up to 38lv. Help is needed to resolve this issue.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this rollback caused to you, however, there’s no way to recover the levels lost due to these rollbacks.
Thank you for clarifying the situation and that there is no point in waiting for anything. Could you tell me about a refund, when you try to get a refund, it gives an error.

Do you really have the nerve to tell us that all the time invested in the game and the progress we have made can’t be recovered?.

Ok but is this issue being worked on? Or is it just something we can expect to happen randomly?
Game has been out … 3 days? I have been rolled back at least that many times, beyond unacceptable, lost countless hours and many items, imagine how many hours cumulative of lost time and character development across the player base to yet another botched release.
Today I farmed a whole day for one item, got it, and of course, rolled back and lost it. My entire day wasted, and you are sorry for the inconvenience. Well, I’m sorry that I was dumb enough to trust Blizzard again after so many fails in the past, I can only blame myself for my stupidity.
