game was smooth before todays patch. not the game stutters alot.

Same here, after the latest patch ‘‘Version 1.0.66578’’ I get stutters every 3-4 seconds and it gets even worse when casting spells and fighting monsters!

Seems like I’ve found a temporary fix for this, atleast it works for me. Open up task manager > details > find D2R and right click > set priority to high.

in cows, is like 90% of the time u crash…

Anyone got patchnotes on this? Noticed a patch too, but cant find any notes. Not in launcher, not in the forums =/
