I am running a few NM Andariel runs and I keep dropping many low quality items (mostly from chests), “Cracked”, “Damaged”, “Low Quality” etc and very occasionally normal or superior.
What is the explanation? I am level 45 with 0 MF.
RNG, 0 MF and low player count.
