i was in the game lobby and went AFK when i got back i had a crash report that i sent off and managed to log back into the game only to find i am missing items…

like really high end items… if i do not get these back then i am done with the game.
contacted support and they said they have other complain of the same thing and to post on the forum… i hope they do a server restore or something… i just want my items back and hope this doesnt happen to others…

You can post links and screenshots (just post them to some service). When you post it here, you can use “Preformatted text” feature in the editor window

Well, tbh this screenshot is useless… same like a response from the support is useless to (not the screen but the content of the response).
Also - this thread is a General discussion, not Bug report or Technical… so maybe it is better to post it there.
maybe i would if i knew where their was… i dont normaly come to forums… and the support person said they have had others report same thing so when one of there team picks it up i hope they can give us gear back im not looking for sympathy and a forum mod can close this or move it where it needs to be…

Looks like you want to rig the support and get free items. 
I’m not asking them to join a game and trade me I want them to restore my character before the bug hit so I get my items back lol you think what you want but this bug has broke my character I can’t mf now

Sorry to hear that you’ve recently lost some items in game.
Customer support isn’t able to verify what may have happened in game, or what items you may have had at one point in time.
Outside of a possible rollback due to server issues, we’re not aware of any bug that could make you lose your equipment, however if you believe that you were victim of a bug, please do report it to our developers so that that may verify this for you and make sure this doesn’t happen anymore.
Hi Yryadorne, thank you for getting back to me as you can see on my account (my support ticket) and I posted a croped version of the reply that I am not the first this has happened to and they also requested I reported it on the forum.
I was afk in town and when I got back I had a error to submit so I sent it off like I have with all the others… loaded the game back up only to find that not only some items ( my most expensive at that) that I was wearing was missing so was an ist rune from my shared stash… I have an authenticator on my account I was not hacked… so must be some bug I have not dropped or deleted items so can someone please look into this thats all im asking.
