i have been farming mephisto and discovered he could self heal to nearly full life.Is that suppose to happen?The old diablo 2 not resurrected Mephisto does not self heal.Why resurrected can do that?Can someone fix that bug?
all enemies selfheal. espeacially bosses.
thats the reason for items with “no monster heal”
open wounds does the trick aswell.
Pretty sure it’s happening because a council member is close… They can heal A LOT

I usually TP out of bosses, spend time in Town, take portals to other places, wander around, eventually TP back to boss amd he is still at the same HP% as when I left him - examples Duriel, Baal…
Wouldn’t Summoners be screwed if a boss healed up while they were away gathering new skellies?

Have had many Meph runs and never happened to me. Pretty sure it was a council member healing him
