Hello,
some few people and forum threads in the internet say that using macros in Diablo 2 Resurrected coud cause a ban.
I don’t need macros for many things in the game.
The only reasonable macro (to me) would be performing the several shouts of a barbarian and return to the usual socondary attack (whirlwind in my case).
For example:
F2 - right click - F3 - right clock - F1
It would be great if there was a clear answer if this already counts as cheating and a reason to get banned.

Try a controller, then every skill is one button press away. Works very well for Barbs.
Yes, I already played several chars through the first 2 difficulty levels more or less using only controller (Paladin, Amazon and Barbarian). I like the controller support and it feels very nice.
Anyway I would like to play as comfortable as possible with mouse and keyboard, too.
I’m using AutoHotkey, which is perfectly fine to use as it does not temper with the game or game files. It is a free, open-source scripting language for Windows that allows users to easily create small to complex scripts for all kinds of tasks such as: form fillers, auto-clicking, macros, etc.
