Yesterday I couldn’t play, but I left the game with my character at level 2 and some items and gold. Now I can enter, but he’s again at level 1 without anything.
I’m not sure to play because it can happen again…

thank you for reporting this, I’m so sorry you lost progress on your character.
The servers did have a rollback over night, which is why you and many others lost progress.
It likely cannot be restored, but should not happen again, so please keep playing!

I have 1 character that happened to a few days ago. I started a new character and last night it happened to that one. I do not want to try again. I completed acts 1-5 on both characters.
