help pls i just buy diablo 2 and i cant open it it says unexpected error i tried uninstalling it and installing it again and verifying game files, also uninstalling battle net and installing and it still doesnt work

Many have bought the game and cannot play bacause of “unexpected error” crash…
Technical team are ignoring this case or telling people it is related to “some hardware or software” issues on client side.
I wish people will not fall in this deception and waste money.
