Nasty bug with Quick Cast

I have found that if you place the Enchant skill on one of your hot keys and try to quick cast it, it always targets yourself and you cannot get it to target anyone else. It works OK if you bind it the RMB and use it the old school way.

I suspect this might be the case for any skill that targets specific allies, if there are any others.

Use the North American community to report this. There’s a bug report forum at us.forums.blizzard.com/en/d2r/. Although I seem to think I saw this mentioned there already.
