hello guys, if i buy new mercenary, is the items on the old mercenary lost for ever ?? 
i forgot that bug ;(
It’s no new problem.
And it’s no bug. It’s normal game mechanics. Work as intended.
It was the same already in D2 LoD Legacy.

Yes was like that in the old days, you had to make sure you removed any items from the old merc before buying the new one.
