New Runewords in offline mode

Hello, I am very happy to discover that new runic words will appear on diablo 2.

For connection reasons, I mainly play offline.
I really hope that the new content will be available for offline players.

For the moment it seems to me that we have not yet clarified on this subject.

since offline and online game is not with the same characters, offline always have all runewords from ladder to no ladder.

hopefully. in classic d2, there were no ladder only rw in sp.
