Is Hell Baal too difficult for the community? I rarely see any runs for it, and most of the time people are destroyed and leave the game upon entering world stone level 2. Any thoughts?

Most of the game list is eaten up by trades. When there is baal runs they’re either old or full before you can join, which slaps you with that crap about not being connected to the internet. They really need to do away with that. It’s their attempt to stop people from making games too fast but if you join a full one it triggers it.

they become full instantly, therefore not showing up. also lobby is completely clogged up with shitty trade games where some dude is lowballing like crazy

Yeah people are morons in this game, they still think it’s 2001 where there’s no way to communicate to other people easily…
We literally have face book groups, discord and other dedicated websites like Diablo2 .io that has a built in trading forum so it doesn’t clog up the games list.
But yeah, here we are in 2021 and all the dingle bops still trapped in the early 2000’s are only using the in game systems…

Yeah from what I’ve experienced, if you want to do Hell Baal runs, you better have a Sorc and have the ability to just do it yourself. Also grab a friend who has a Sorc so you can alternate on leveling characters without teleport… It’s honestly the most efficient way to level… just doing it yourself or having a friend to help.
If you’re a non-teleport character and expect to join a session in Hell mode, yeah good luck. It could take you an hour to find a solid group just for 5 to 10 measly runs without using some kind of social gaming app or website to orchestrate a group.
Don’t even waste your time with that garbage, do what I said otherwise you’re going to spend most of your free time sorting through game lobby menus.

Yes, but to make it really effective, Blizzard would need to make some serious changes like make trade games only for trades by locking you into act one town and you cannot go out of town. This will prevent other players from hijacking your game for their MF or XP runs.
I dis some solo Baal runs, not too hard, but the loot is absolutely == 0 ZERO /NADA, so no reason to do Baal runs. Once it drops 3 blues, next time 2 blues and a Broad Sword 7-14 damage, ON HELL ofcourse, so …

i created 2 baalruns today… 3 people joined. all three just doing their MF runs in my game… so kinda took my motivation there.

Nowdays when you are occupied by ridiculus queues, the best way to go baal runs on hell is to create topic, or join some discord where you will grab 7 peoples and just do runs with 1 squad only and with some password maybe. There wont be random joins, and you would be safer from idiotic “oh well you have problems with connection… UUUU w8 here for full game :D”
I think its the only solution sadly.

I run games called “itelechaos55”. I tele to chaos, pop a TP then solo baal while people clear chaos. I always get full games and the same people follow, until they or I have to take a break.
Because there are way more humans playing and 0 public baal bots (hopefully 0 private too), any time you see a chaos or baal run, it fills and gets followed. Most of those games have one or two people who want to do baal, the rest just want full games to mf in and ho in baal when they’re done if he hasn’t died yet. This is actually a win-win because you get more xp if less people are in the throne, but the game is full, and they all get max no-drop rate.
If you can’t solo baal or chaos, go on discord and find someone who is a different element who can help. If you’re just trying to leech some xp and can’t kill anything alone, you can go to discord/jsp and find people looking for xp leaches to follow their private cbaal games, but you don’t get to ninja the loot or you get kicked from the next game.
Baal drops aren’t great, but the combination of xp and having the chance at any item in the game is worth it.
I highly recommend a light sorc who has not completed the baal quest, so you can solo him in other peoples games and always get quest drops.
Also a good reason you don’t see many baal runs is because “booster / teler” goes to private communities and do private baal runs since public baal runs are filled with leechers who just stay around afking, and only become active when trying to steal booster’s loot 
So you know now why there is a lot less baal runs, to many leechers and people don’t pay for leeching in any way. so why not just a community that pays you for doing runs? (runes)
I prefer playing Chaos runs instead of Baal runs where you just stand in a boring Throne room. Chaos runs are good for experience and I have found 2 Ber and a Lo in Chaos Runs so that is where I prefer to be. Baal runs might be decent for experience but it is a boring to do nothing at all.

He’s not difficult - just takes forever compared to other runs.

Damn this is a GREAT idea!
I love this game, I appear at level 3 of the world stone and you are killed by a dozen mobs with lightning from behind the screen and you can’t even do anything

Got a leviathan armor this morning on the first wave +44 strength, will come in handy for a friend who is struggling getting his merc strength up.
Baal is an easy stroll to him as the drops are pretty high up. I used to TP there but now some of the better drops are from getting there as Baal seems to drop more crap than meph
