hi there stay a while , i just startet a bowazon course i had some good looking bows in my stash so this morning i leveled her to lv 23 got to act 2 , now i am home from work and gues what !! i dont get any xp anymore wtf ! this morning i made 8 levels in 1 hour and now i dident get any xp in 1 hour stil in same places in act 2 i have not gotten 1 xp in 1 hour of playing sewers and other places in act 2 i havent killed last boss here yet any advise from pro player ! i havent had same problems with my other charr barb and druid they leveled fine !
Your lvl is already too high. lvl 23 in A2 is overkill. You need to move on.
Kill boss, go to next act.
When you are more than +/- 5 levels from the monster, you only gain 5% of the potential experience from that kill. Since a normal monster gives little experience to begin with, 5% results in well practically nothing. Kill Duriel, go to Act 3 and you will begin to gain experience.
It’s a game mechanic to motivate you to go to the next Act in order for you not to be over leveled, so a lower challenge, when you advance to a new stage of the game. And in the same time a mechanic to prevent you to rush the game like in the old days.

Just always try beeing in the blue sector of that exp chart
It start decreasing at 5 levels but 5% is for 10+ level difference. And it is different when your hero is less than level25

If i really want to be correct it is not exactly 0.05 but 13/256

get the last lvl at travincal in act3 or in act4
faster way : do a cowrun
Keep in mind that you’re getting much more ep the more players are in game. In “tombrun” games you still can level up to 25. It takes more and more time not getting to next act, but if you don’t find a “cowrun” 4+players for easier leveling, a2 still works.
