I think the market is open, you cannot rank runes in ist-s, everyone charges as they want for their Jah or Ber, so the above list is useless

I still think that the list is useless, because the environment changes all the time.
For example if I lets say want a Cham rune and I dont find anyone who wants to sell it for 2 ists, than I will need to give him an Ohm maybe just to make him trade. Everything is relative
