Is it possible to get any form of official response(and not days from now) on what the fuck is going on? The Blizzard CS EU twitter isn’t posting about all the server lapses and isn’t giving out any useful information other than “oh oops, something is wrong we think”.
Any “blue response” here on the forums is a copypasta linking to useless internet connection issues, which this is clearly not.
Please just have someone competent address this issue.

Perhaps you haven’t been around ‘current’ blizzard for the last number of years. They don’t do that, they ignore the situation until people get bored of complaining, there is zero customer service or communication anymore. They treat their player base like they don’t exist and then they wonder why a toxic community develops.
Sadly I’ve been around for it, through WoW, but it still blows my mind that this is truly the way they’ve chosen to go. And I’ve usually just kept quiet because I knew they’d just, figuratively, flip us/me off anyway.
I just love D2 so much it hurts that current Blizzard/Activision are the ones who control it…
