I’ve lost access to 3 of my offline characters (not deleted). Can anyone help/inform me on how I may restore access to these characters?

Same here. After upgrading PC all offline characters are gone. Created a new one and what happens? Next day i will play but the new char is gone… Thanks Blizzard for nothing.
