There is no map random generation in offline mode. Why ? It worked twenty years ago. Is this resurected version unable to do things that was possible twenty years ago ?
If i quit the game and come back later, i got the same maps already discovered.

it wasn’t. To regen map in d2 you have to hop in other dificulty, or host tcp/ip game.
I noticed the maps are pretty samey anyway when you reload them. I haven’t had a different city/camp map yet for example.
