For quite some time now I have not been able to access my blizzard account with the e-mail vinni1991@hotmail. The reason for this is because that e-mail account has been taken down by Microsoft, probably because it at one point had been hacked and was sending spam messages to people. The problem is that I needed that account to verify my blizzard account when trying to login. Now it’s sending verification e-mails to an account to which I no longer have access.
I have tried doing it via the customer service page, but that sends you in this loop of an AI asking you to provide information about the old account, me delivering said information and then never hearing about it aymore. I also cannot post my issue using my vinni1991@hotmail account because I can’t login with that.
Now my question is: how do I get blizzard to change my e-mail from that account (vinni1991@hotmail.com) to something that I can actually use to verify when trying to login? I have tried multiple times to get this resolved but nothing has helped and it’s now been over a year! I have put quite a few hours into a diablo II resurrected + I bought the game when it came out and now because I can’t access the vinni1991@hotmail account I can’t play the game or I would have to buy it again!
Please, it would be awesome to get my old account back so any help would be great.
