hello,
as of 2021 i had expected to see a more user friendly and state of the art games list in online multiplayer lobby.
Please change it in the following way to get a better user experience:
- Stop automatic reloading games list.
- Fix reloading button, it doesnt work.
- Add filters to games list. I want to be able to search a game or a group of games.
- Paging for games list. I dont want the games list to reload itself because user may be not fast enoguh to read all game infos. Give the ability to see more games pages with setup filter.
these are really common list features in 2021.

Typing in the name of the game should show games that start with similar typed in letters

seriously this is really disappointing, the join game lobby needs improvements.
and yes the auto refresh is annoying thats why i came to look at the forums
when you’re not done reading or you found a game you want but it refreshes and you lose sight of it (most of the time you didnt finish reading the game name so you cant type it in manually either)…

This is something I totally agree.
Mostly people crying about crazy “improvements” like personal loot, action bars or whatever. But what op said is absolutely right!!!

game filter , game filter game, game filter. i get rly exhausted by searching for runs in hell but seeing only Trade games… damn it.
There are so simple thing blizzard could ad to the game, which would make it so much better. Those are mostly QoL improvements.
Filters and improvements I would like to see implemented myself:
Timebased filter - i.e. show only game that are existing for x minutes or less
Namebased filter - i.e. customisable text string
Game creation marker (new option) - i.e. category check box, like “trading”, “quests”, “boss runs” etc. and the related filter in lobby.
But hey, never gonna happen… even if… I suspect it would actually improve the server issues to some extent. Within the community, some players - maybe a majority even - really don’t want anything to change to “preserve the original experience at all costs”… yeah, well… and on the other side, why would the devs put any effort (aka money) into that if a majority is coping with a subpar (even 20 years ago) system anyway.
Reloading is indeed annoying i do agree, when you finally find the kind of game you wanna join it suddenly disappears and if you did not have time to memorize exactly its spelling… well… Anyway, as I said, I don’t have high expectations about this, but beside that, I fully agree with all of your points.
