OrtMalIth rune doesn't work

I inserted ORT MAL ITH runes into a 3 socketed chest armor.
and it doesn’t provide +2 to druid skills as expected.

Inserted into chaos armor, in correct order.
Do you know why that might be?

I expect, your chaos armor was a magical item with blue color.
Runewords only work in non magical, grey items.
