can see now only uniques of max level req 20-25, Nighmare wise if not even Normal wise. Could be loot table set to Normal for lot of players even when plsying in Hell?
Rune drop also, 1-2 drops/day as max Thul/Amn.
Blizzard, please fix your loot bugs.
Also bei mir läuft alles ganz normal, Runen, einzigartige Ausrüstung, Set-Teile … alles im jeweiligen Levelbereich des entsprechenden Schwierigkeitsgrades.
Ich schätze mal eher, dass du einfach nur wieder nen Grund zum Jammern suchst, weil bei dir nicht nach 5 Minuten sämtliche BiS-Items droppen, so wie du es gerne hättest.

no trolling. after patch 2.3 the drops are realy items Normal level wise. I even double checked, I am playing on Hell difficulty.

I doubled checked that I indeed playing on Hell, since got only Normal wise loot.
Please describe in detail how you got to this claim.How many runs did you do before you came to the conclusion? In what area? What build? How much Mf? How many in Normal, how many in Hell.Did you note every drop that you had in an excel? Please give us access to the data files that you collected with the drops and run times. Give us raw data when you make these claims.

I do not make excels for a game man… but why to lie? I even do not play to find domething, I do not need any specific item or rune, vesides Enigma and maybe Fort I have all whwt I need for Hammerdin, Smite, and Zeal builds, so I even not complaying not finding items, I am just oberserving strange game behaviors.

yeah your right, i only get high level drops like death fathom or berserker axes right now. seems really bugged.
yes, it is bugged. when some players get only high items and some only very low items, it is bugged. btw, still not seen any Berserker Axe of any type.
dude how is it bugged ? what i read is that you are just really unlucky with the rng, there aint a limit on the items that says “when you get 100 mid game items, youll get 100% chance to drop high end item when killing diablo” some items a just rare as fuck, while others are not, just today a cham rune dropped for me from a trash mob and a tal’rasha belt too while some items i have never seen at all even with about 3-5 hour playtime a day, i have never seen a barbskill charm drop for me… the rng god is not in my favor, but i dont get the feeling that it is bugged since others can find the items, because if it was a bugged there would be many more that arent getting high end items… but please do explain the bug in detail and numbers i would gladly try and replicate it to find it and report the bug

We need a blue post which explian in short how the game trigge the loot table. If it is server based and players connected to same server are somehow connected in terms of loot that we might have a problem.
