Is it still worth to do pindle runs, or it is just sinking time ?
I am running over 300 MF and i am still finding only garbage.
I’d say it’s worth it. He does drop a lot of crap but if I remember correctly his drop pool contains just about all top tier items as well.

That’s right, what’s good about Pindleskin is not the % of chance to get magical items despite his drop pool. He can drop almost every good item. And it’s also very fast to fram. At least until Blizzard introduce a delay for ending-starting new game.
that’s the r&g been runing him from lvl 72, i am 89 now, so far found vex, griffon, skulders, shako, occy, stormshield, bartucs and jade talon, titan’s revenge, titanstrokes, half tal set, half ik set, half trang set, half aldur set, snowclash, thundergod, 1java29life, gheeds, 1cold clean, several 11%rez sc, perf bulkatos, ravenfrost and some nice 2java 20 ias ++ gloves. So yeah imo if the servers allow it it is worth to run pindle, xp and item wise.

Ran it the other day for hours got nothing then one day decided to pop fast pindle whilst doing something and got tals chest
why not? even in his nerfed state its an area you clear in sub 10s
Pindle is worth just kill in the same run rectifier and shank and repeat 
I have 300% MF and two weeks after kill Baal on Hell , Pidleskin,Shenk and Eldritch droped only yellow a blue craps.Andariel a Mephisto drops low level legendaries or low level sets - Sigon-Iratha-Isenhart-Hwanin-Cleglaw -Tancred and Cathan set.Maybe one unique monter is good …Cow King drop Tal Rasha head , 3/4 Immortal king set and half Druid set.
Which they already have announced.
