I just can’t believe that after so many years of experience you have still problems at launch with the servers. Ffsake you are taking our money in advance for preorder, testing game in beta and again and again problems with servers.

D2 is a 1000 years old game and it always worked like a charm.
They need the admin password to access the server.
But it seems they lost it.
I suggest to try: FAIL or REFUND as password. It will certainly work.

40 euro - for a non working game experiance should be punnished by law. What are the terms of this purchase? Is there somewhere a statemant that says: "we cannot be sure that this game will work properly’?

To be fair it’s not that they didn’t know that their servers would be overloaded and not function properly on the first few days, it’s just that they didn’t want to pay for more considering the player base will drop by like 50% after the first few days. I still hate them for it though

shutdown right in the middle of the battle with Andariel! RAGE!
I hoped, how a fool was i, that this launch could be at least work properly. Instead, i had problems to create a game, a character, then to re-access my character to continue the game and now, the connexion to the server was lost, my char went down from lvl 10 to lvl 2 to finally just be DELETED.
You guys are freaking band of incompetent clowns!!!

Is that for real ? I mean isn’t that temporary or its gone for good? Mine was 10 also and went to 4 and now I dont see it. Hope they fix it somehow, lol

Cant even imagine that its THAT freaking expensive to provide enough capacity for launch. Seems like they simply dont care.
Btw I just checked again, created another character and the old one appeared. You might try that. It could be just a visual bug or something
