well, there is the “jmod”, juwelers monarch of deflection.
But it has sox, thats what makes it so expensive.
So no, I fear your friends monarch is not worth any rune.
Yeah jewelers monarch of deflecting with 4os would be crazy valuable if you find the right buyer, worth multiple bers/jahs, which is mainly used for maxblocking pvp:ers. Without the sockets it’s pretty wortless though.
