This jewel just dropped and not sure if it could worth something;
30% ED
+4 max DMG
adds 1-10 Light DMG
9% Magic Find
If the jewel is worth something, I’m sure is not much I think it must be temporaly usefull for a Javazone but some stats of the jewel are not good… let me explain:
30%ED > Max ED for rare jewels. cool but Magic ones reach 40% so it’s not perfect for a damage jewel
+4 Max DMG > Max for rare jewel is +9, that’s just average and MAX dmg it’s not a great bonus
adds 1-10 Light DMG > Max is 1-100 so 1-10 it’s minimum. A shame, if it was bigger, that item would grow up in price.
9% Magic Find > almost at max of +10% but if the target is MF better to get IST so it’s a “bonus stat that you really don’t need and is not usefull”
Best possible rare jewel looks like this:
60 AR
30 ED
9 str
9 dex
I dont think your jewel is worth anything more than pul.
Well PUL is also something so I will take that

9mf and damage like that makes it quite priceful. I’d say there are people using that on merc who would pay 2ists+
