10 Poison Res unfortunately is not a real resistance for a tri-res boot but I would still appraise this around Ist+ because of the high Fire Res.
If that Poison Res was Lightning: 2-3 Ists.
And if Light-Fire-Cold are all above 30 Res easily Ohm rune+ depending on numbers.
Add Magic Find or FHR or Mana or Poison Duration Reduced and you are around Jah range.
If you add 2 of the other useful mods: Ber Rune+.
So the ideal rare boots would have:
30 FRW
40 Cold, Fire, Light Res
10% FHR
25% Poison Duration Reduced or 25% MF or +40 Mana
and this would be worth multiple Ber runes to be honest.

What about these boots? Only two but otherwise pretty dang good, I think.
Scarab Shell boots:
30% FRW
6 to Dex
Lightning Resist 40%
Fire Resist 40%
Repair Durability in 33 seconds
Missing fhr and a res.
Yes, a cold res would have been a wonderful addition. What do you think these boots are worth though? I know they are not on the “godly” tier but dual 40% res (especially being fire and lightning ones) with 30% FRW must be somewhat “Demi-godly,” for lack of a better term. So, if anyone can give me a ballpark in terms of worth that would be much appreciated.
