I can’t find a solution to the problem. The game is running. Everything works but I don’t see the character when I select. I can’t see the characters and other textures in the game. More in screenshoots.

This can be an issue with your graphics drivers or graphics card being below system requirements. Not uncommon to have this problem trying to run Diablo II: Resurrected on integrated Intel Graphics, which are not supported.
Please make sure your hardware meets the minimum requirements listed here. Also make sure you have the latest drivers installed.
Clean install new nvida drivers fix the problem. THX
