Problem with the GPU fan

After less than 1mn ingame, the GPU fan is running at full speed and makes a lot of noise continuously. No problem on other games. Only on this one…
CPU: Ryzen 5600 / GPU RTX 2600 / Ram: 16Go / Win10 / DX12 / Drivers DCH 472.12 / playing on 1440p screen
When It will be fixed ?

Known issue. After some time playing, the game hits 100% gpu and vram usage, regardless or settings or what’s going on in game. Tons of topics about it, I posted some as well, and there hasn’t been an official word yet.

I noticed also that. Even lower some Video options but the same. This game stress the GPU more than Cyberpunk 2077 at full details.

A tip:
in the tool MSI Afterburner you can limit GPU Power, set it to a lower value. The performance not get much lower but the GPU temperature go really lower.
I have a gtx 1060 6GB, and with default I got GPU temperature to almost 80celcius degress, limiting power to a loower value I got max 67 and fans not running as crazy. Even a temnperature limit you can se in MSI Afterburner.

I kinda solved it by putting all graphics on high instead of ultra or very high with no cap on a 2k monitor with rtx 3070 and it was fine, fps diped abit some times to 50ish but it’s better than very high with 20 fps

How did you measured the FPS? For me MSI Afterburner is not working

Are you guys playing with fps limit/vsync or without?

Got a similar problem back then with D3. Played without any vsync or fps limit, so my fps hits the 300+, therefore the GPU is always on maxload. Limited the fps to 60 and problem stopped.

Maybe this works for you🤔

I already have the Vsync and my FPS limited to 60fps. The game run just perfectly for me it’s just the GPU fan running at full speed when i arrive in the principal menu & in game but other than that no problem. It’s just annoying…

You can try MSI Afterburner and fix the % of your FAN with it.Normally MSI Afterburner overwrite the set original FAN curve. Just play arround and try. I know, not ideal, but maybe a little workaround till they fix this problem.
