i have to change my key settings everytime i log on another character! it didnt saves it

Did you save the key settings as a custom template? Just load that custom template when you make a new char. Simple as that. Itās all in the settings!! Is it intuitive? No itās notā¦but this is a 20+years old game. No hand holding.

can you also do a screen video, seems you cant produce this either, then when you do please pass it over to tech forum and maybe they can fix it

No dudeā¦this is how it works. Soā¦step by stepā¦concentrate and follow me:
Step 1:
Options->Controls. Here you set-up your hot keys. Than you press Save Custom(this will create a custom profile). ->press Apply.
Step 2:
When you go to another char that will be initially on the predefined default keys so
Options->Controls->Default->Custom ā Apply
Step 3:
Repeat for each character Step 2.
Clear my friend?
Next timeā¦try pushing buttonsā¦see what they doā¦you might have a surprise. FFS.
