Quest bug "Rite of passage"

Hello, i need help.

I am stuck on Nightmare act 5 “rite of passage” quest where you need to kill the ancients to proceed into worldstone keep to kill Baal.

Well, when i kill ancients, it says “quest cannot be completed in this game etc etc”… I remade the game and tried to kill them at least 10 more times and still the same bug… And i can’t proceed to worldstone keep because game thinks i didn’t finish the ancients quest…
Is there any solution to this? I can play normally, but just can’t get past the certain quest…

I am having the same issue in Hell difficulty.

What level are you? You need to be level 20 to complete this quest in normal, 40 in nightmare, and 60 in hell. If you aren’t high enough level that is exactly what happens.

This. Devs should block the altar stone if you are lower than the required level. Maybe it could say “You are not strong enough to defy the ancients blablabla”. Immersive and clear.
