- Hello, I did the quest for “The Forge” in Hell this morning around 10:30 am GMT + 1. And I didn’t have any gems or runes … I find this abnormal, could you do something?

Man, this post won’t get you support… sorry to say but they will have same support as they did in old game - thanks for the report, please try again on new char… ><
i would say it’s prob. because of server’s not working so while you think you completed the mission, the server never got that info so maybe when you log in again you need to do the mission again and hope the servers stay up the 5 min it takes.
Not rly. I did it yesterday and didnt get anything aswell. Like absolutly nothing.
