I’ve just logged into Diablo today, after having a pretty good experience for the last few days, and I’m 340!! in queue at 8am??? How is this even possible?? Apparently this is temporary? Doesn’t feel temporary. Playing offline isn’t an option for me. Unacceptable. I want to play with friends but how I’m I suppose to recommend this game to friends? I love Diablo, it’s Saturday and I want to play in the window I have to play. I cant, I cant play the game I bought. What the @#$% Blizzard. I’m mad and I want my money back. The game has been out for a month and this is going on still? Pathetic. Blizzard has launched countless games, has millions of dollars and can’t even do a proper beta and release. Shake my head. These are launch week problems a month out. They had no idea their massive 20 year old title would be popular? They had no idea people would play it the way they always have? Where are the refunds? This is a joke, you’ve clearly dropped the ball. Oh and one more piece of info for my fellow players, I’ve been waiting in queue for 30 mins and now I’m 256. Yay!! Everything is working as planned. Hooray!! Thanks Blizz for taking the time and effort

No entiendo como en un juego nuevo, con la espectación que se supone iba a tener, no ponen más servidores. Llevo mas de 1 hora en cola, cuando quiera empezar a jugar me voy a tener que ir…
I haven’t been able to play for several days. The best queue placement I’ve gotten was around 270 and today is more like 500. Seems like it’s stuck but anyhow, why should I have to wait 20-30 minutes to use a product I purchased?
What kind of problem does Blizzard have, to provide the necessary infrastructure
(serverwise)? What is wrong with them. Didn’t they ever hear about the balance
between earning money and make investments?
I hate to say it, but that whole queue-thing is highly unprofessional!
I waited for over 1 hour in the queue. Eventually managed to get in. During my first run the game crashed (threw me back into windows) and now I’m back in the queue in position 511… what kind of bull!%"$ is this. I can only assume this will take even longer this time.

Just waited in Queue to be disconnected as soon as I got in. This issue needs to be fixed… I would either like to play the game I paid for, or get my money back. FIX THIS PLEASE!
Yeah. One of the most popular video games of all time. Remastered and brought back from the dead. They weren’t ready for the server load? Bull#@%&^
I’ll be getting a refund. I will not wait in line for an hour at 9am to play any game. Thank you.
Maybe they’ll add a $1 micro transaction to skip the queue - have to pay $1 every time you login though. 
They’ll call it the “Fix our sever fund”
