30+ mins in Queue just to receive a msg failed to authenticate and this right after the game crash and I AM ON THE QUEUE AGAIN… Just rename the game to D2 Crash And Wait ! You can ban me from the forum again like the previous time just because you can

yeah treat the paying customers like shit… the most annoying thing with the queue system is that it get stuck, been stuck at 144 for a long time now nothing happens and after waiting for 20 mins you cancel and gets moved to 165 instead and stuck at that.

While i completely agree that this is a fucked up peace of shit mess, they did mention that the higher your queue number is the less it will update, so queue numbers below 10 seem to update every 10 to 30 seconds to expect a long time for queues around 200 to update. But i never experienced a stuck queue, only a very long one and when it finally gets to 0 it times out and you have to queue again -.-

I guess that blizzard care more about sales revenue, then the actual game and the customer experience… The level of service is a joke and all blizz do is silence those who speak up. It´s time to let blizzard go and watch them crash and burn. activision and blizzard´s is the modern version of Thelma and Louise.
