Hi there folks
- We paid 40 bucks and want the service we paid for
- Please do not defend the actual state of the game
- We are adults we know that not a single mod is res. for the current state of the game/company
- we NEED to complain and stop buying games or nothing will change
- of course we love this game…otherwise we would not care
- please i said this once…try fixing this game even if the servers are down for days but its worse that they crash almost every day.
- do not defend failures and misconceptions in business matters because the relation is “company Blizz wants our money, gets our money, is res. for making its service work” if it doesnt work we have the right to complain. it is their JOB not their freetime and they are not our friends. I want to be treated like a full grown adult customer i AM and not like somebody who isnt playing video games for 25 years now.
- the frustration is immense not big…its immense…btw. Blizzard you should really work on getting a new ceo at activision who is actually PAYING you and is investing in money and people for the support section its so obvious that you cant be happy with the actualy state of the game as well and that that you need compensation. less work, more money, more people - we need a 24/7 live support again.
- Mr Kottick, you are res. for many people their lives and we pay you good money you can invest with and do stuff people with ordinary salary could not dream about…i know you dont care, i know people like you. they see the dollars but be forwarened, if you keep going things like this you will lose your investments…because good rep means MORE than you think especially from the people that are paying you. I have a respos. job as well I can tell you that…you have more than enough money that you can do want you want please help your customers that they can relaxe and take a break of their boring and hard lives again while playing one of their favourite video games or they will look for something else.
