Refund request & Too much play time

So I went for a refund, after days of trying to make the game playable for me. I went through a lot of posts I googled, watched some youtube movies, you name it, just to make the game playable, a game I loved 20 years ago.

It didn’t happen, so at one point (today) I decided to uninstall it and request for a refund.

Too much game time, like wt*. Sure if I finished the game 3 times, play for weeks and asked for a refund, SUREEEEE, but I hadn’t even gotten through half of the 1st Act. And I didn’t enjoy it a lot, since I was constantly trying out settings and all that sh**.

So I hope you better refund this crap, since on top of a game that’s buggy as f***, you can’t ask people NOT to ask their money back after trying to make it work. And yes, for that to do, you need to play the game.

BIZAR this!

It doesn’t matter how many acts you have completed, only the time spent in the game matters. Blizzard return policy is the same as in steam, no more than 2 hours online, you have the opportunity to make a refund.
Ignorance of the rules does not absolve you of these rules.

It sounds like you were trying to play in a toaster. Myself had to buy a new pc to play this game, that was my choice and I’m playing very nice today, so I’d think you shouldn’t be able to blame the game cos your lack of hw, however it would be nice if you could get refund, but I don’t see that happening…

Except that you can talk with the steam support, you can explain your problem, they care, and you can refund your product after 2h hours. With Blizzard you can’t even see how much time you played a game, and they don’t care whatever happened to you.

Not true. Blizzard cares too. Refunded myself within the first few days, when chars were locked out.

Same problem: too much playtime.
But you can request a further investigation and explain your problems. Got an answer within 1 day from a GM and got my money back.

Anyway, bought it again few days later, when problems where fixedshrug

I got my refund immediately, 'cause my laptop is not good enough. Now my money is on my account at blizzard and i can’t get it back - looks like a dead end
