Region locked games?

hello, I am from southamerica (Argentina) and all the game titles appear to be in portuguese (I imagine because servers in brazil), but i don’t speak portuguese, can’t we play from people from north america??? please tell me this is not like this.

You should be able to select region in the battle.net launcher. Close to the play button ?

i did. it says americas, still when i click on the join it looks like all the games are from countries near by and not from NA

I am having the same problem, PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP BLIZZARD.

In D2 classic I could play with north american players, and see north american games in the game browser. But now I am stuck only being able to see south american games, and currently on hardcore, on launch day, THERE ARE ONLY 2 ACTIVE GAMES FOR ME TO JOIN RIGHT NOW:

  • forum is not letting me post an image to show what my game browser looks like right now, but it only has 2 games on it

I am essentially stuck playing this in single player mode until you fix this. There is absolutely no point in me investing any more time and money in this game if I will be stuck with a small community.

Let me browse north american games. WHy do you developers continue thinking in terms of region filtering or region locking? Nobody wants to be enforced that, let it be our choice.

ya, just got to nightmare, i see 4 games :S no1 to play with

I really hope they fix this soon, so I can actually experience the multiplayer game

I live in Sweden playing HC and I can tell you we bareley see any games at all here and when they are my friend maybe sees two games and i see another that he doesnt see. so weird???

I stopped playing the game solely because of this. I want to play with north americans, so I actually see games on the browser. Currently there was one game there for me to join.

This is pointless I guess, obviously nobody at blizzard cares/wants to fix this issue
